Nintendo accidentally revealed the release date for the next update of Mario Kart 8 featuring the first DLC pack and Amiibo support.
It seems the compatibility list for Amiibo is Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Peach, Donkey Kong, Link, Kirby, Captain Falcon, Samus and Fox McCloud, and it appears they will unlock suits for your Miis. Maybe we might hear more about this tomorrow in the next Nintendo Direct.
