Since the latest update for Mario Kart 8, there are some players are having problems uploading highlight videos to YouTube giving the error code 104-1852. It seems that Nintendo is aware of this and a system update is being prepared in order to fix this issue.
Nintendo also revealed they will provide a status update on the support website once the update is ready for release.
