It looks like the Nintendo 2DS, attributed as FTR-001, will start using a new CPU. The FTR-001_-01 (name of the updated Nintendo 2DS), won’t have any new changes on performance or any type of hardware aspects. Instead, it will only be for adjusting the system’s security.
