Sometime yesterday, Nintendo announced that their booth over at PAX East this year will feature the N3DS, a few 3DS games, and a long awaited Wii U title: Splatoons. All of the games at their booth will be available to everyone that attends (provided you don’t mind waiting through what will most likely be a very long line), such as Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D, Code Name: S.T.E.A.M., Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, Xenoblade Chronicles 3D (N3DS), and Puzzles & Dragons: Super Mario Edition.
So while the Wii U is only getting one playable game, it’s hard to argue, since the one game is Splatoon, a game that many people are eager to try out (myself included). And even if you’re not intrigued by any of the games, Nintendo is encouraging everyone that owns Smash 3DS to bring their 3DS and battle against other players for fun. Sounds like a blast. If you’re headed to PAX East this year, make sure you stop on by the Nintendo booth and see what else is in store!
