Today there is interesting news that confirms indie devs can also make themes: Yacht Club Games announced today that a 3DS theme of Shovel Knight will be temporarily exclusive to European and Australian users as a thanks for their patience for the game’s release in those regions, and meanwhile there’s a preview published of the theme, no further information was given for the moment.
