Looks like the company wants to broadcast to handheld consoles using a viewing app, where they’re also aiming to including the Nintendo 3DS.
According to COO Kevin Lin:
“Handhelds. That’s something we’d love to do. On handhelds it’s more of a server/CPU concern, but we definitely want to do it. We want to build viewing apps, that’s much less CPU intensive than broadcasting.”
Of course, watching games on a machine made to play them ins’t the best idea, but it would be great for certain events like the Games Done Quick event, for example.
