$50 of games lost on 3ds

One time on my 3ds to check out the eshop see if anything was new then I went back to my home menu and my games were not there so in shut off then on my 3ds and they still were not so I contacted Nintendo and they would no help:cry: I am very sad

Well...... Sorry, but if you bought them, you can restore them because the E-shop remembers your purchase!

Remove and re-insert your SD card. If you use an adapter it can glitch ocassionally. And you can redownload them from your eShop NNID anyway.
