Hey, all! Samster here, with a few things I’d like to share regarding CodeTDLO, my contests on Pedia, and a few other things. Let’s start with what everybody’s probably wanting to hear about most.
I’ve kept everybody in the dark on this topic for quite some time now, and I’d like to say that I’m still being kept hard at work. Things are going slowly, as this is a one man job for now, but I feel bad for not sharing even the slightest shred of information about it. So, I took the liberty of creating a W.I.P. logo that’d I’d like to show here. Please note that this will not be the final result, and I’ll most likely change the design significantly, but for now, let me know what you think. Once again, I apologize for not being able to share any information regarding the project itself, but if all goes according to plan, I’ll hopefully have a few teasers ready over the course of a few months. I thank everyone for your continued patience, and I sincerely hope you will enjoy the finished product to your heart’s content.
For the people who have been keeping up to date with my announcements, you may have wondered where on earth my new contest has gone. I had announced a huge contest in the works, and that Samster’s Valentine’s Extravaganza was merely a smaller contest leading up to this one. I’m here to say that things are going wonderfully. I’ve got the general plot line worked out (yes, there will be a plot), and I’ve been gathering suitable prizes for some time now. I won’t reveal all of them just yet, but be sure to expect eShop Credit, full priced games, and more. I hope you’re looking forward to it!
As well, there will hopefully be more giveaways on a consistent basis, so keep a close eye on the Nookling Junction to see if anything pops up!

Interviews: For a set price, anyone can start a DM with me, and ask me anything they’d like, ranging to what my favorite game is, to what type of food I like, to even personal things like favorite memories. This would be sort of like an AMA, as a way to get to know me better. Of course, I’d decline to answer anything that goes too far, such as where I live, things about my normal life, etc. Please try to keep things that you ask at a moderate level.
2. Friendship Bonuses: This is a special thing I’ve been working on. Anyone who has known me for a long time on this site, and is special to me, will be able to qualify for Friendship Bonuses. Friendship Bonuses can range from free games, to gift cards, to even plushies and physical goods (providing you’re comfortable with sharing your address). I’ll send out Friendshio Bonuses periodically, so be sure to look out for them. This is mainly to thank everyone who welcomed me to this wonderful site, and have stuck with me all this time. I want to show my gratitude in a special way, so if this works out, I’ll make a list of the peeps who qualify for this special promotion.
3. VIP Access
Now this is something I’m really excited to talk about. VIP Access is a new rewards system I’m working on. This will be a special category on the front page of Samster’s Digital Goods. If you’ve made enough qualifying purchases in the store, you’ll be able to have the chance to become a VIP member. There’s tons of perks to being a VIP, such as special discounts, along with exclusive access to Secret Stash, and you’ll receive notices of incoming stock before anyone else. This is just scratching the surface, as there will be different Tiers of VIP status that you can achieve. The more you buy, the higher your Rank goes. The higher your Rank goes, the higher your Tier status gets. Whoever you reach a new Tuer, you get a special prize, and more perks. And if you reach the highest tier possible, well... Ah, I suppose there’s no reason to mention it. After all, there’s no way anyone could buy that much. Or is there?
This new feature will be implemented sometime this summer, providing everyone is accepting of it.
