How to access eShop if you don't live in Europe, USA, Canada, and Japan

Hi guys, my name is Ian and i'm still new here. So today i'm going to tell you "How to access eShop if you don't live in Europe, USA, Canada, and Japan". So, first time you register your profile you will have to select your country of residence. Here are the list : Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominica, Dominician Republic, Ecuador, El Savador, Frencch Guiana, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Malaysia, Martinique, Mexico,Montserrat, Netherlands Antilles, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands, U.A.E., US, Uruguay, US Virgin Islands, and Venezuela. If you don't live in any of these Country, like Indonesia for example, you may want to choose US, and then choose Alaska. Why ? So you won't get Tax, or stuffs like that.

There's a little point you need to fix: the console's region.

That only work if you have a NTSC console, if you have a PAL or a NJTC-J you can't have a NA account (from what I know).
Nice for people who didn't do that already, but I do wish you'd explained for new 3DS users how to make sure the Nintendo Network ID doesn't clash with your eShop account and get you locked out.
