He was laying on the ground, and with a sudden jerk he gasped as he pulled himself upwards. His muscles ached... What had happened? He stood up; Although his eyes open, not a thing was to be seen. It was pitch black. He swivelled forth and back, looking for any sight of light. Until it caught his eye. A spark; just the tiniest glare of a smear of light that one might pay no attention to; but he did.
He walked cautiously over to it; only to fall over something sharp, yet low to the ground. But the fall did not end there; as if the Floor was opening to swallow him whole, he kept going down. He screamed, but only briefly, until he closed his eyes, and upon opening them, he was in a completely white space, standing. He could see himself, dressed complete white, with strange markings all over his clothing, and wearing large, brown boots; all clothing of which he hadn't seen in his life.
Across from him now was a young lady; Long golden hair, with pure blue eyes. She was wearing a red, yellow and purple dress, with dark purple shoes. She wore a blank expression. He started to walk towards her, but with every step, she only grew farther away.
He stopped. He felt a presence dragging behind him, and hurriedly turned around. Nothing. It was gone.
He turned back to the young maiden, but in her place was someone in a purple hood, head down. A red stone on his hood reflected into his eyes; he turned back for just a second, and he could feel his throat clench. He started breathing heavily, only glancing when he could at the creature, as his hood slowly rose, revealing a boy. His look was without mercy; he started making a crooked smile, and-
"Link!!!"
He woke up, clothing drenched with sweat, breathing heavily as if he had just gotten out of being strangled, relieved to see his friend sitting across from his bed, unimpressed.
"You sleep like a Goron" he said with obvious disdain for how long he was asleep.
