OU vs. Ubers - Which is Better?

I liked how you analysised by categories which was unique. However, abilites is overrated >.< Raquaza's Air Lock isn't actually good because not a lot of combos/teams rely on weather only rain teams which nobody would use against a Ubers team. If you are smart, you could beat a Ubers team against a OU team with the right thingz

True, but I am talking about other abilities. Air Lock is one of them, and Rayquaza is the ONLY Uber to have any sort of weather blocking ability. So, I thought I would use Rayquaza as an example. I have used Air Lock to stop Groudon's Sunny Day and stop some ultra-powerful Eruptions. So, I realize that Air Lock isn't that great, but I am referencing other abilities.
