I'm going to be playing almost all the retro games I've played this decade now. I'm going to be playing most of them on my 2DS XL. Because emulation exists. since the DS games are done I guess I can play the games as long as I want. Let's continue.

Mario Kart Super Circuit - First played 2nd October 2019 - Last played 23rd November 2019
I played the Lightning Cup and got 1st, once again, unsurprisingly. When you think about it Super Circuit is just a remake of Super Mario Kart - you have to unlock the old tracks by playing the new tracks though. Fun fact: I've played every Mario Kart except Double Dash.

So apparently the last time I saved this game on a restore point I had 1,614,739 points. Huh.

Super Mario Land - First played sometime in 2010 - Last played 31st October 2019
So that's what I was doing on Halloween - I was playing Super Mario Land. Anyway if I'm playing the original then I gotta play the new SNES version. Because why not?
New Super Mario Land - Last played 24th November 2019
Playing Super Mario Land in the style of New Super Mario Bros on an SNES is kinda astounding to see. I've beaten the game twice now.

Streets of Rage - First played sometime in 2014 (on XBOX 360) - Last played 20th November 2019
Man, I love the Streets of Rage games. The problem is I haven't played the other 2 in ages.

Streets of Rage 3 - Last played 15th August 2017 (on XBOX 360)
I still remember playing these on the XBOX 360 years ago with my sister. Good times.

Yup. I first played this game on a AtGames handheld.

Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Sonic the Hedgehog 3 - All first played sometime in 2014 (on XBOX 360) - All last played 20th December 2019
I feel proud for beating the trilogy all in one day. Now I just need to beat all the spinoffs and Master System/Game Gear versions now. I hope one day I beat Sonic Spinball.

I'm thinking about getting the new version on my Switch Lite soon, but for now I gotta play the original. Or, well, the Game Gear version anyway.
