I think I decoded it! I didn't use any decoder (I tried but then I decided to let my own brain do the work);

I took wɩowji‾jyoujtranslat⅋jthisjiljgiv⅋jyoujϛjq¡ϛ as starter (Thanks @Alex)
1. I figured out that each j is a space so that makes:

wɩow i‾ you translat⅋ this il giv⅋ you ϛ q¡ϛ
2. Each ⅋ obviously stands for the letter e which makes it
wɩow i‾ you translate this il give you ϛ q¡ϛ
3. If figured that that first letters should be wow, and that the weird signs at the end looked like the letter s
wow i‾ you translate this il give you s q¡s
4. Now it becomes clear that the second word is if
wow if you translate this il give you s q¡s
5. Of course the 's' can also be used as a '5' making
wow i‾ you translate this il give you 5 q¡s
6. And what can q!s be, I didn't figure it out but logically it would either be 'coins' or 'pc(s)', I think that coins is to long to be resembled by 3 characters, therefore I'll go with pc. So the full sentence (minus grammar mistakes and the like) would be:
Wow, if you translate this I'll give you 5 pc
Glad I could help \o/

Looks pretty sound to me.

What he did was translate a line of text, mirror or flip the translated text around and then converted it to binary.

it was originally gonna be HEX code translated to binary, but I wouldn't go that far @Alex
