My Blue/Black 3DS is in very good condition. I received mine in late-2013 (December). For the last several months, the 3DS has suffered no damage. Although, a minor scratch has been made on the touch screen, but you can't see it at all. Anyways, the touch screen is a little bit dusty, but my 3DS looks brand new opened and closed.

I guess since I got it not that long ago, I would say it is in new condition. I love my 3DS, fun games, and fun apps to use.

My Black 3DS is not in perfect condition, but I would definitely say that it's in better shape than most 3DS systems that were bought at launch. I've had my red 3DS XL for a little over a year, so it's still in fairly good shape.

Mine has a few scratches but nothing serious. The only serious thing that has happened to it was fixed. it started occuring 2 months after I bought it. I sent it in a month later and it came back one more month later. the problem was that the touch screen but my tap far right of where it was supposed to be.

I take very good care of mine! The only problem I have with mine is a scratch from the bottom screen when it hits the top screen when I shut it :/ but besides that its really in good shape! I also wipe it off with my micro polyester cloth thing because I'm kinda a clean freak :p there is some scratches on the back and is missing the paper serial number that's usually on the back... (All from my brother playing it .-. He has his own now so we're all good ;P )

I used to always bring my Cosmic Black 3DS outside to get steps, but it would fall out of my pockets and onto the pavement. It has quite a few scratches on it, but it works like a charm after these 3 years! :)
