Classic Mode aside, don't play level 9 cpus. They respond to your button inputs, not what they see you do. Since real people never do things like that, you'll develop bad habits. Also cpus do silly things that really shouldn't work, so once you figure that out, you'll have no trouble with them.

I am really late ;-; but congratulations on getting 9.0 finished That is really something that is very rare to me since I don't like playing things on high difficulty . Even in my favorite game KI : U I never dare play 9.0 intensity so congrats again on reaching that far
