Thanks for suggesting the changes but I'll keep the scores as they are for part 2. The risk needs to be huge and I think everyone is already aware of that. Just be careful and get to know each other,

In VLR, I was confused as to why everyone would not just choose ally, and penalize someone who chose betray as a group. But with the whole "2 or more people reach 9 then no PCs", its going to be a whole lot more difficult.

So if a team of 2 reaches 9, they dont win? How will that work?

Important:

After long, thoughtful food fights dance-offs discussions about Ally or Betray, Part 2 stretching late into the wee hours of the night, Marc and I have decided that if the contest is to begin, there will be some changes.

• As you can see, I'm not participating in the contest. Instead, I'm hosting it now. Yes, I took over. Fear me. Obey me. This means that the PMs from all parties about their choice of 'ally' or 'betray' have to be sent to me.
  
• The first party to reach 12 points, instead of the original 9, will win.
• The deadline for choosing 'Ally' or 'Betray' is five days after the stage begins. If no choice is made, 'Ally' will be automatically picked. If you are in a team, make sure you discuss your decision thoroughly with your team before sending me the PM with your choice, and make sure the entire team is included in the PM you send me so I can be sure.
• There will be four teams of five people each, and four solos. They will be picked randomly.
• Surprise twist thingamijig time! @Marc will be participating in the contest ('Thingamijig' is in bold simply because it's a fun word )

You may have figured this out by now, but sign-ups are now closed.

I will randomly pick the teams and solos and publish the list tomorrow, and the contest... shall begin
