just so you know those pokemon are worthless unless they have 5/6IVs and we can buy trained pokes at @KJGupta s amazing shop and better items for 1 pc

Oh Togepi, It can Learn Wish but when it reaches Lv. 18 it evolves. Oh well. I didn't press the B button to cancel it. I will try again.

I want a fresh togepi (Level 1), with wish. You dont need to level. Breed togetic with a ditto or something, and wish wilk become an egg move.
