Is anyone else really excited for Mario Maker? Anybody have any ideas of what they might add? I'm hoping they add luigi (ice physics and big jump) and Yoshi to be similar to yoshis island.
I'm hoping that they add Luigi too! If Bowser Jr. has an 8-bit form then why not Yoshi?!?

I'm looking forward to it, I think it's going to be really cool. I'd also like some things from Yoshi's Island as it's my favourite game of all time :)

I'm pretty excited to see what people create. I'm not all that into creating levels myself, but playing through other people's creations sounds like a lot of fun for me!! Some people out there can be really creative.

Then there are those spam levels that are either impossible to beat or made with not the cleanest of minds, but I'll ignore those in favor of level designs I actually like.

The levels at the Nintendo World Championships were awesome. I liked how there were new features and the ability to ride different vehicles (cloud or clown car) and helmets look really useful. It looks like a great level editor and it looks even better when you use elements from one Mario game and see it in another like Bowser in the SMW styled boo house at NWC. And the bility to combine kurubo shoe with the clown car and fire Mario looks like a great way to make a really hard Mario level(who knows maybe you can add Yoshi to that too. And what makes this better is this level editor appears to be way better than any Mario Level editor that's free for PC except for the fact that three should be more playable characters (well I guess Amiibo will solve that, I heard Link can be playable in MM and sprite sheets to work with).

Those levels featured on Nintendo World Champisonships 2015 made me suddenly have an interest on getting the game, mainly for what types of crazy level design you can make to challenge even the brutaly challenging 2D levels ever put in a Mario game yet.I do have my expectations that this will be a fun designer software that can indeed do a collaboration to the platforming giant that has been jumping and running through amazingly entertaining adventures for around 30 years. :)

Really happy to hear that the levels from the NWCs are going to be included in the game :)

Super Mario Maker has to have a lot more items than shown here @ E3 2015. I wonder if Nintendo will change the date because releasing the game on Sept. 11 seems kinda messed up for us Americans.

Hell to the yes!!!
Play a countless number of intensely creative Super Mario levels from players around the globe. It’s easy enough to create your own levels with the Wii U GamePad controller that it may feel like you’re simply sketching out your ideas on paper. Its like you get to make your own mario game and your one of the brst Game creaters lol

Who else is excited for Mario Maker?I don't see anyone talking about it, when I get a Wii U it'll be one of the first games I get!
I a'm excited for this game, i can finally creat my own levels (without the usage of a hack) (i'm not a hacker, i just don't like hacked mario games) and i can use an amiibo to see other characters once i get the mushroom with a "?" on it and i wonder what sprits of Pac-man and Sonic would look like? (hope the look good once the game is released) :)

I'm really hyped for this game! I'm a pretty creative person, so I'm gonna get my imagination run wild! can't wait to see my friends custom levels too. It's about time Nintendo made a game like this, it's so genius. I'll make a stage with loads of thwomps or chain chomps to make it really dangerous! I also like the different styles of graphics for Mario, it's a nice touch and will cater to a wider audience. :3

I am extremely excited for mario maker. I think it might just be good enough to sell some more wiius. That would be good. The entire concept of the game is something that I've always dreamed of doing, creating mario levels. And you can choose between the style of levels, the blocks int the levels, and, most importantly, whether or not you can actually complete the level. 10/10 best mario maker ever. Good job nintendo.

Yes! I cant wait to make my own mario levels! I always thought of making my own mario levels and my dream finally came true! I also want to use my amiibos and use in in mario maker and play as them. I think that this is going to be one of the best wii u games. Nintendo put a lot of work in the game when I saw the trailer.

At first I was pretty apathetic to it: I thought it was a neat thing, but probably wouldn't bother with it myself and just watch the kinds of neat things that get created. After the NWC, though, consider my hype built just like with a few others in the thread. It was a fantastic finale and mirrored The Wizard just like I was hoping it would, and served to generate a ton of interest in this game. The best way to do it, I think, is to show exceptionally clever stages rather than just the standard stuff - the NWC delivered, and delivered very well.

I'm as excited as I was when I first saw it!!! I know there are Mario makers online(my bro played them) but they don't have controllers where as you can easily do what you want for the stages.I'm also really excited to see how many amiibos will be used for this!!

Only one more month until the release of Super Mario Maker. I was able to pre-Order it from Amazon a couple months ago. I am so excited to make my own Mario levels on the Wii U and being able to share my creations over the internet. Let me as you this, is anyone else here excited for Super Mario Maker?

It releases 6 days after my birthday! Even though I am not a crazy mario can I might just have to get it because of its release date lol. But the fact that you can make your own level interests me so it should be a good game and hopefully you can choose what kind of graphics you want the game to be like graphics from new super Mario bros. Or the first game.

That pretty much caught my interest as well, the fact that you can use the Original SMB Format as well as the SMB 3 , SMW and NSMB format really makes it worthwhile. Seeing all those trailers and screenshots really has me convinced!
