Assist Trophies can be swapped! (not actual trophies, no inkling)
Enemies like ridley and the yellow devil can be swapped!
You can swap pokeball pokemon!!

I wonder if swapping Sonic with the Shadow model would function properly.
A really goofy swap I'd like to see is Jigglypuff and Bowser!
 
I swapped shadow and sonic and it looks good during most of the attacks but the idle animations and taunts look like crap. And I will start on that now! (Bowsallypuff)

For one moment, I thought waddle dee did not appear in smash 4 but then I forgot waddle dee was in dedede's victory animation. Will do! EDIT: he also has "waddledoo" in his model directory, but it's an empty folder.. weird.
