Guys, you forgot a key point: If the Shiny Pokémon got obtained through Wonder Trade or trading with somebody extern to Pedia (or somebody known for selling hacked Pokémons), then, it's illegal, and said Pokémon shouldn't be sold.

To avoid potential sell of hacked Pokémons, I'll close the thread.
