Sure, I'll buy them. This is how to buy or sell in the Nookling Junction:

1. Go to the Nookling Junction. You can do this by searching for 'Nookling Junction'.
2. Once you're there, click on the 'Post New Thread' button at the top of the page.
3. You can include a prefix in the thread if you want, to let people know what it's about.
4. Include 'buying' or 'selling' somewhere in the name of your thread. For example, 'Buying/Selling Pokèmon'.
5. Click on 'Create Thread'.
6. Let the customers come in!

Oh, I almost forgot. When you're searching for 'Nookling Junction' check the 'Search Titles Only' box. This will help you refine your search better. Click 'Search'. Once the search suggestions have come up, click on the fourth (and last) search suggestion, which is: 'Nookling Junction-Home Of Play Coins'. Once you've done that, continue with the other steps.

Yes, you can buy or sell Pokèmon in the Nookling Junction for Play Coins. And I think the Nookling Junction mostly is reliable. You can be sure that most people will pay you Play Coins for whatever you are buying/selling/trading. The only people who don't, just want to cheat you out of getting Play Coins.

No. I don't really know either, I haven't really played Pokèmon before, but here's how I think it works: there's a trade server in the game and you trade Pokémon with people who are connected to the server. After that, you pay the Play Coins that you paid in order to buy a Pokèmon.
