reality check on this,

nature: Adamant
abitity: torrent
EV spread: 252 hp, 252 att, 4 spe
Item: splash plate/ mystic water/ life orb
moveset:
power-up punch
waterfall/ nightslash
water shuriken
shadow sneak/substitute
the main idea with this is to get down to almost no hp, so it activates torrent, that plus which ever item you have, and use power-up punch untill you get down to almost no hp, then just spam water shuriken. works for me.
