I understand. I use Pokemon X myself and don't have the Blissey Secret Bases to use, but there is the restaurants to use the O-Power Exp. to level up Pokemon. This method takes longer than one hour though. I really also like EV training Pokemon with the Hoard Battles I can do the training very quickly. Only drawback is Sweet Scent doesn't work in weather (Sandstorm and Rain) as it does work in the Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire games...
Maybe I should breed my Pokemon on Pokemon X and transfer them via Pokemon Bank to my Alpha Sapphire game; this way they would earn more Exp. points having been traded and the Blissey Secret Base plus O-Powers.
