Darkest game you've played on a nintendo system?

I would have to say Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors as well. It was really dark and amazing.

I still need to get the other endings.

I guess majoras mask. I haven't really played that much of dark nintendo games or any shin megami tensai game so majoras mask would probably be yhe darkest I've played. A huge evil looking moon about to crash down on earth and all the evil masks and skull kid sound pretty dark to me :p.

Hmm, darkest game on a Nintendo system I've played.. Let's see... That's a bit hard to say, actually. The only things that are coming to my head right now are Majora's Mask; Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors; and Eternal Darkness. I know there are a lot more, but my mind's gone a bit blank right now.

Not that dark, more the creepy/scary, Rune Factory 4 contains a dungeon that is basically a haunted house (Obsidian Mansion).
In there, it is a ghost story of A Performance Without an Audience. There is a passage in which there will be a ghost woman (?) following you.

Majora's Mask and Twilight Princess. Both have moments in the game, and hidden things you need to search for in them that truly are creepy. Especially with Majora's Mask, there are many creepy theories as well (such as Link being dead, which I believe).

One of the darkest games of an unexpected series is The Legend of Zelda : Twilight Princess and The Legend of Zelda : Majora's Mask . Even just a little something of it can really make things just simply dark especially that cut scene in Lake Hylia from Twilight Princess and of course the whole system of Majora's Mask is so dark and sad . Not what one would expect for such a amazing series

I haven't played many dark games, but the one that was the darkest would probably bethe legend of Zelda majora's mask. Throughout the whole game you're threatened by the moon which is going to fall down and kill everyone in three days and you can talk to everyone and see their reactions to the moon. It not that dark but this is Nintendo, come on.
