I have XY, I saw you pop up but my 3DS is acting up it keeps getting tossed of the internet. I am using my phones hotspot now so I'm gonna try one more time, sorry for the inconvenience :(

5iv Pokemon = 2PC
Starters depends on their ivs. But if they have none, 1PC
Legendaries = 4/5PC
