Well i don't have old pokemon games since they were deleted long ago on my bro's computer but if they were still available for me to play i would have still continued to play them,i think the younger generation would have enjoyed playing the pokemon games for GBA and the ones for ds.

I'm always replaying one of my old games, trying out Pokémon I never use in my team every time :3 Right now I'm going through Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness and I'm almost done with it. I also replayed Emerald a few months ago and now Im trying to obtain all the Frotier Emblems, right now I have 3 out 5 Silver emblems. Same with HG, I've pretty much done every possible (non-event) thing I can and try out the Battle Frontier from time to time, but I use it mainly to get Pokémon in rare Poké Balls (Moon, Love, Lure, Heavy, Friend, Fast and Level Balls) to breed in Gen VI. After beating XD I'm also planning on restarting Colosseum as it's a more challenging game because of the fast increase in level caps. I alo want to try a Nuzlocke in Platinum. You can do so much with old games! :)

I sometimes pick up my old pokemon games to just play. I have beaten the main story but am pathetically far from beating the post story for pokemon mystery dungeon blue rescue team.

Don't worry too much about the post-game, it's pretty long and pretty tough so it's best if you work little by little. To be honest, I've never finished RBT's post-game either, every time Iget to the Wish Cave mission I forget about the game. I always wanted to reach the Gengar missions (Murky Cave and this one mountain where Ninetales lives) to rescue Gardevoir. At least I can say that I've comoleted the Purity Forest :D

If I get bored I start a nuzlocke on my old games like FireRed,Sapphire,Crystal(on emulator),Heartgold,Black two and X.These are the games I normally start a nuzlocke on.A lot of people still play their old games because they missed playing it when there were kids or other reasons like that.I just play it because I enjoy playing older games.Especially when it's a nuzlocke :p.

Even since I got AS, I still play SoulSilver. It was my first Pokemon game, and it is the one that feels like I've broken into. Don't get me wrong, I still love AS, but it doesn't feel as familiar as SS does yet.

Yea! I have recently play through my copy of the original pokemon red and completed the pokedex, because you can do it in a reasonable amount of time with only 151 pokemon. Too bad I can't trade my mew from that game to my Omega Ruby :( . I want to get a copy of gold, sapphire, and diamond. I really like the older games, 3rd gen and under.
