Oh my, expectations of me winning are virtually 0 but hey, I'll give it a go. Thanks man, you're awesome! c:
Game: Pullblox (3ds)
Legendary: Giratina. Why? Because of the Distortion World in Pokemon Platinum, a game I basically poured my heart into - in fact, it was my second ever Pokemon game (yep, I played Pearl)! Basically, what started off as a fun journey with my rival Dawn and Professor Rowan, trying to earn gym badges, turned into me fighting Pokemon battles to save the world. Yep.
Anyways, I entered the Distortion World (and my mind is slightly rusty on this one!) looking for Cynthia and that one guy from Team Galatic. The way everything turned and twisted blew my mind and it was as if I wasn't even in Platinum anymore, suddenly I was trying to fight this giant hell-beast of a Legendary Pokemon and well, I caught it! I was one for the more elegant legendaries but this thing was just special for me.
My second Pokemon game and my second legendary, suddenly I felt as if he was my tool to destroy the Elite 4. I never did it though, I felt as if using a new legendary was a bit of a dirty tactic and I can't remember what happened after that - but hey, this is the story of how I found a legendary, caught it and forgot about it. It's still an awesome legendary to me, though! :')

It was my first back in Red and I've managed to keep my love for Mewtwo till this day. Mewtwo also kicks butt. It's the full package :stinky:

My favorite legendary in my opinion is Jirachi not because its good troller(based on other peoples opinions) or whatnot. I like it because it looks gentle and kind. I imagine it making the world a better place. If Jirachi was in real life it wouldn't be like scary steelix chasing you and use earthquake everywhere because that would kinda suck.

I'll cast my vote for Pullbox 3DS.
My favorite legendary is Ho-Oh. My reasoning behind choosing the Fire-Type legendary bird is partly because I simply adore fire-types. That, and it's the first Legendary to be shown in the Anime, despite the fact that it's from Gen 2. Ho-Oh is so cool, it flew to Kanto all the way from Johto to get a cameo. Ho-Oh has dedication. Ho-Oh has determination. Ho-Oh has big wings.
And it's name is weird. I like it's name. Hooooh.

my choice of game; Super Mario Bros 3 (Wii U)
my favorite legendary is Groudon. I like it's overall design, and the fact that Omega symbols appear and glow all over it's body when it primal evolves, is amazing. The weather change (drought) when it unleashes it's power is much more significant than Kyogre's never-ending downpour of rain. It's more life-threatening, in my opinion.
having the ability to control the element of earth at will is wonderful.
I originally had Ruby when it was released. I even picked up the remake, Omega Ruby, so I guess that shows how much I like this awesome legendary!

I would choose another one on the list but seeing as you only have one 3DS game for choice, I'll pick PullBlox.
My favourite Legendary Pokemon is Mew. Really, what's not to like about Mew? It has the DNA of all existing Pokemon and can learn all moves within reason. (Incidentally, Mew was trademarked before Pocket Monsters, being submitted in 1990 and registered in 1994, about a year before Pocket Monsters' trademark was even applied)
Mew is the very first secret event Pokemon ever made for the franchise, has been referenced all throughout the games and anime, has been the crux of many theories and rumours, and to top it all off has a cute appearance and a playful carefree nature.
