Ever ran into a hacker online?

Well despite hacking some are just unavoidable. How the Arceus event in Japan was canceled. The only way to get Arceus was through use of cheat and it was still technically legit. Shinies are cool but are a waste of time. Gen 3 wow magikarp is gold!:eek: Gen 6 wow magikarp is gold. :bookworm:

P.s. I you might as well make Arceus shiny if you have to cheat for it.

Well if you just want to battle and hate breeding. TBH I don't mind genning pokemon as long as they are legit.

lol i dont hate people for doing it but if i cant get it on my own or trade it for something good i dont feel like i earned it enough to call it part of my collection but some people can so not my place to call it cheating hehe... :3

What i still remember that i have ran into pokemon hackers most of them pokemon were shiny like shiny zygrade and many more even mew then after battle got over he call me for trade and gave me a shiny pokemons like mew ,sizor ,talonflame ,gadivour,greninja and many more shiny i trade with him because at that movement i really don't about shiny pokemon !

But wonder trade them when i get to know that all of those pokemon were hacked ,i still cant believe that i traded pokemon hacker !well i had been really happy if those pokemon were not hacked (i wish)and you think to trade with pokemon hacker is cool?!not at all !they spoil the game

Nah I am not interested in those pokemons which are hacked or use by hacker, yes I also ran it one more hacker while wonder trading he sent of his shiny golurk and i traded wrumple was really shocking for me

Yes, like 80% of the time when I battle in Battle Spot for points or just for fun/testing out my teams, the person I am fighting is usually a hacker. Their whole team was shiny and completely trained. Also in trades it is almost always a hacker for some reason ;-;

Jup, Japanese event. It was possible but the odds were pretty small. one in 25 I think?

One time in a random online battle in Pokemon White, I came across this guy whose whole team consisted of shinies. Now normally if I saw about one or two shinies on an enemy team, they're most likely legit, but this was totally out of meaning >.> Ok ... the Blastoise used Fire Blast :coffee:

Oh yes, many times I have encountered them. It was last year summer break. All I did that summer was playing pokemon y hours and hours trading and trading. I trade for so long, I would encounter at least 3 to 6 hackers a day. One time I made "friends" be using shout out to communicate and make deals with them. Sometime I would get free shinies. Sometime I would trade hard earn shinies with crappy ivs for perfect ivs. I usually take bad iv shiny pokemon that are easy to get from trade and invest in them to get more shinies or 6 ivs. One time I got a diance from this guy named Hector. He gave it to me. I also got another Diance from Mononoke. This was all before diance could come out. So I met this guy who wants a Diancie you see. I requested to trade with him and showed him a diancie. I leave trade and he would shout out begging for diancie. Eventually we made a deal that he will give me 74 shinies for my Diancie. Oh, I was a very very long trade. He traded like a bunch of shinies first and quit trade. He was testing me how much shinies I got from him. He did this repeated which made the trade go longer. Finally I gave him Diancie because Im that kinda person who keep my words. Anyways they were all bad ivs, but I evolved them and marked them making it look like they have 6 perfect ivs or 5 to make it look legit. Then I traded at least 20 of these shiny pokemon and got actually 6-5 perfect ivs shinies. Still have ways to go, but its worth it. Also, if you need a pokemon to fill your pokedex, offer a shiny in GTS and I guaranteed you'll get what you want, if its tradable. I been doing deals before all of this was happening. And uhm, im not gonna revise or edit this so yea.

I have run into hackers more than 50 times, but have lost to them only once. Huge Power Slaking, Multiscale Pre-Mega Latios, Wonder Guard Electross w/ Air Baloon, Imposter Blissey (it copied my Tyranitar!), Friend Guard Shuckle and Pre-Mega Diancie! Seriously, why do they feel like it's fun to use such teams? The battle is always boring, they don't even know the basics of battling & training and they still think they are better than everyone else! I just hate battling them and it's a good thing Nintendo has the ban in competitions nowadays, but that ban is too extreme. If you have even ONE hacked pokemon in your entire game, not just team, even if you got it from trade / WT you risk getting banned from all competitions or even losing your save file. And, along with the ban come people like those from Aus Love TV, WTW or Nappy Nation that constantly trade hacked Pokemon over wonder trade, possibly getting many people banned! Why does it even matter if it's shiny or not? If it can battle well, it's plenty enough already.

For me yeah, and it was pretty recently.

I was challenged to a battle and I accepted it. My team is varied with Level 70 to level 100. My Pidgeot is the Level 100, and the opposing team was the same in level.

But when I was battling them each move I used didn't do any damage to the other team. I even switched out using type advantages but nothing. I even used the mega stones but the damage didn't even make the hp drop.

Then to make matters worse their moves hit and fainted my Pokémon in one hit. And moves that typically doesn't do damage did damage.

Multiple Times, the last one (This was BEFORE ORAS or Diancy released!):

- Some Random Japanese guy challenges me to a Battle, No Restrictions 6v6.
- My Pokemon: Rotom-Wash, Kangaskan (Mega stone), Talonflame, Klefki, Greninja, Metagross.
- His Pokemon... Prepare yourself: Mega-Mewtwo (Y), Mega- Latios, Mega-Latias, Volcanion, Hoopa, Diancy. (Yea... Ik... Still, I had to see them o.o)
- Battle Begins: I use Rotom-Wash, he sends out Mega-Mewtwo (Y), moves picked, Mega-Mewtwo (Y) evolves in to Mega-Mewtwo (X) (Just cause... He can! >.>). Telling me: "My Pokemon are Mega WITH Items" JEEZ!
- Long battle (Cause he was so bad at the game XD): Eventually I won, cause my team was competitive where his team was a bad hacked version of those Pokemon.
- Trying to save Replay... "This player does not allow to save replays" or something close to that .-. </3

So that was it... It was pretty nice to see those Pokemon and then beat that guy with normal Pokemon XD

Woah. I saw something similar on youtube but those guys really take it to the extreme...like seriously, why?

I don't remember) Anyways, I think he was a hacker because the Pokemon he sent out were pure shiny Pokemon. However, the battle didn't last for long, since I got an error that I lost communication with the other player. I guess the hacks caused him to quit.

I built a legit shiny team. The team isn't really good but it's not that hard to get 6 Shinies. Plus, if you see the communication error and no end of the battle screen that means that it was your side of the line that broke.

I took his first two 'mons with a D-bond Froslass. He/She rage quit immediately.

I ran into a hacker once online playing CoD, and it was super annoying... he use AimBot to spawn kill out entire team before we could even react :(

I've ran into a few in Pokémon online, but like @bubken99 said, that's unavoidable. Thankfully, they were only using shiny legends. It was annoying, but they weren't even IV'd right, so they got destroyed easily :p
