Actually I don't think you can.

You have to enter your house, go into Miiverse and post with a screenshot of your house. Then snatch the image link and post it here.

Access Miiverse and find it on a device besides your 3DS, and copy the image url. Then you post it here.

You can find it easily by looking through your Activity and taking the image url there.
