Lol, Levitate is a great ability it has all the advantages of Flying type without the weaknesses. It gives you an edge in competitive battling. Dragon/Water with Levitate is great typing too many ways to set-up a Dragon dance.

Mold Breaker allows you to break through levitate without any problems if you really wanted to (example: Fire Rotom, Normal Rotom, Water Rotom). I don't see how Dragon/Water with Levitate makes that huge of a difference given that it only takes neutral damage against ground without levitate

Levitate keeps your safe from Spikes/Toxic Spikes, Helps set-up against ground users then again Mold Breaker has it's own great uses as well specially Destroying Water Rotom which is a great threat to Gyarados. I like Levitate though. :p

Yes, Levitate keeps you safe from Spikes/Toxic Spikes, but I don't think that's a problem if Gyarados switches in as a flying type and then activates the mega, does it?

What if Mega Gyarados switches out? There are 100s of arguments here, lets not hijack the thread any further. You like Mold Breaker, I like Levitate. :D

yeah, agreed we can just take it to another thread if we need to xD But all I'll say is that the likelihood of Mega Gyarados switching out and then there being time to add in the spikes and all is kinda low

my favorite would be amphoras and charizard but i also think that blastoise is quite good too .
my favorite types are electric , psychic , dragon , fire - i think those are the best as well as my favorite

My favorite type would be Bug. It's just way too helpful in a battle to leave them unused. My favorite Pokemon would be Mewtwo because he had the skills in Gen 1 and is the Legendary test for any Trainer who wishes to catch it (without using a Master Ball).
