Okay I made up my mind. I am going to stick with my first entry because I like how the flames turned out (and also how much work it was to get them right) and I love creepy Cheshire Cat.

Yes it needs to be resized, the rules state that it should be no more than 400 x 200. You can still let it that way but you will be penalized for it =(
