Have you caught a Legendary Pokemon in an ordinary Pokeball?

I have caught Azelf and Entei/Raikou (Forgot which one) in an ordinary Pokeball. I caught Uxie in a Premier Ball, which has the same catch rate as an ordinary Pokeball. I want to know what Legendary Pokemon you caught in a regular Pokeball.

lol sorry but Premier Ball doesn't count because I actually believe that it is like a Masterball for legendaries or like a double ultra ball because every single one of my legenaries are caught a Premier except Reshiram (Master) and Terakion (Ultra) Ultra has a normal catch rate on legends it seems :/

HeeHee I actually caught Zekrom with a Pokeball with only like 2 tries It was really easy . I was quite surprised myself but wait till you hear this :

I caught Kyurem with a Pokeball
Yeah . That was intensely hard . I had to restart like 5 times because it used struggle and died :/
I always had it paralyzed and one pixel of red health , then I finally caught it

I tried several times but no luck xD I always got really frustrated because it took many tries. I mostly catch them in Ultra Balls or Master Balls (usually Ultra though) but nope Pokeballs were too frustrating so far

I caught a couple with an ultra ball but in gen 6 that's basically a masterball. The catchrate is so insanely high that it is more or less a masterball. Just use catch rate power level 3 and an ultra ball. It never failed for me. It works pretty good with every other ball too (but of course not as good as with an ultra.). I don't think I caught one with a plain pokéball though. Seems like I found a challenge.

I have been using luxury balls (looks nicer, and is usefull, and same catch rate) for some of the legendaries i caught, like regigigas in platinum, were i tought he would be easy to catch at lvl1. Can't really remember if i did the same for some guys in black2, but i rmember i wanted to catch the shiny cresselia for which i sr'ed but i ran out of ball there. Lastly rayquaza in omega ruby was also caught in luxary but he was easy for some reason.

caught my arceus in pearl with a cherish ball with same catch rate. and all hg legends in a pokeball for some reason. i ruined hg for myself by trying ev training for the first time so i did that to give me something to do with the game.

In pokemon HeartGold, I caught the Rayquaza in a regular pokeball. And it is quite a story, actually. I got him Down on the red, With a paralysis. But he just refused to be caught. I had used up all my great balls and ultra balls. I only had the pokeballs from earlier in the game left... so I threw one... and caught him on first try.

that's how legendary battles are supposed to work. not just buying a million pokeballs to where it's just a matter of time before one of em works. -_- and with crit captures, that becomes even easier...

I managed to catch Mesprit in Platinum with a Pokéball during my first playthrough, it's the only one I remember catching in a Pokéball.
I also caught Mewtwo in Yellow with a Great Ball on the first try after damaging it a bit (I used the Master Ball on a Fearow because I thought it was legendary).
Normally, I use Ultra, Timer or Luxury Balls.

I caught Reshiram and Palkia with a pokeball.But I think it's easier to use quick balls because when the battle starts you can just throw a quick ball and there will probably be a chance that it might be caught.

The pokemon that I caught in normal pokeball may be it was ahhhhhhhhhh................ Yes!it was cresilli, i guess it was my 18th or 19th pokeball when I caught that beautiful pokemon cresillia and that pokemon is killer.

I've caught so many with ordinary pokeballs. Mewtwo, Rayquaza, the three birds, etc. This is back in the GB days too. Love the satisfaction of catching a legendary pokemon without using a Master ball.

I usually try to catch all my legendaries with pokeballs. I've started doing this since 4th gen so all the legendaries since then in pokeballs.

Caught Reshiram, Zekrom and Yveltal in normal Poke Balls. In the newer games it's so much easier to do it, since the catch rate is so much higher now. I caught Zygarde in a Premier Ball, which has the same catch rate as a Poke Ball .

Actually, twice
One was in Alpha Saphire to catch Kyogre
Now, the other was a funny story. In Diamond, I went to that Shadow Temple thingy to catch Giratina, but I guess my team was too weak for him (he's stronger in Diamond then in Platinum, Platinum players)
And, for coincidence, I had a Starly that I was training in my party
The thing is, Starly was immune to every one of Giratina's attacks
So I pretty much just threw every one of my Pokéball and eventually catched him XD

Many times on most legendaries but sometimes when i' am looking for a legendary for a good nature and stats and even if it is caught in a pokeball or any other ball i restart the game to the last save point and begin the battle the legendary pokemon all again.

I try to catch every legendary I come across in a pokeball because it is just my style. the longest it has taken me to succesfully do it was around 100 pokeballs for latias but I did it successfully.
