Have you caught a Legendary Pokemon in an ordinary Pokeball?

I caught like 5 legendaries with premier ball and 1 - 2 pokemons with normal pokeball.

I caught cresselia in an ordinary Poke ball, in like 3 tries, and I caught Suicune in Omega Ruby using a Poke Ball, so normally and nowadays Legendaries are caught in normal Poke Balls and the other Pokemon are caught with Ultra Balls.

I'm trying to catch every pokemon, legendaries, in a pokeball. So far, the only pokeballs used that are not ordinary pokeballs are the ones from the Hidden Ability Serperior, Emboar, and Samurott.
So far, the legendaries that I have caught are (from chronological order)
Groudon
Rayquaza
Deoxys
Coballion
Mesprit
Terakkion
Tornnadus
Virizion
Azelf
Now it's nearly time go get my Palkia in a pokeball.

I have managed to catch a Ho-Oh and a Dialga in an ordinary poke ball. It was one of the moments where I ran out of ultra balls and my few great balls, so I just started using regular poke balls. I think I have caught a few in a premier ball. It was when I was out of even regular poke balls, I was like why not, it just sits in my bag might as well us it.

Multiple times. I remember once I was soft resetting latios in black 2 and I got bored of balls failing soni got it down to 3HP and tried 1 PokéBall, yes one!, and caught it.

I remember trying to catch groudon in Rubyy with an ultraball. I failed badly everytime. Finally, I used a pokeball just for fun. Guess what? It got caught immediately omg :eek:

No other legenary pokemon with an ordinary pokeball though

I caught all my pokemon legendary with ultra only kyurem and mewtwo with a dusk ball

I caught a cressalia with a normal ball. It was one shot...with catch power level three and was false swipe. I used the poke ball by mistake. I meant to use my great ball so I can catch as many as I can fast. I don't know the catch rate, but I'm sure it's pretty low.

The only Legendary Pokemon I caught in Poke Balls were Mew, Dialga, Palkia, Reshiram, Zekrom, Xerneas, and Yveltal.

Nope I absolutely hate poke balls they look very bland and ugly compared to the other poke balls. However I do like to catch pokemon in premier balls and I caught Groudon with a premier ball(Which I think has the same catch rate as a poke ball) And that is the closest

Once upon a time, there was a person who played Pokemon Platinum, and had spent 2 hours getting through the distortion world, and had finally found Giratina. This particular person wanted to try catching Giratina with a regular Poke Ball.
Of course, that person failed. But, that person was able to catch Dialga, amazingly, with a *deep breath* master ball.
It was so intense.

In X I caught Xernias with a regular pokeball. All my friends said it was super easy to catch so I took their advice. It was in an active kik party so they were placing bets on how many pokeballs it was gonna take me. One person betted that it would be caught in the first one and another person betted it would be caught in the third ball. Caught it on the second ball. Boom instant $10.

I don't know if Victini counts but, I remember finally getting Pokémon White a day before the event ended. I remember rushing through the game just to catch Victini with the ticket, and spent the rest of the night trying to catch it.

My Oshawott and the rest of my team kept fainting it and when I did manage to get to toss a Pokéball it wouldn't stay inside. I used all my other Pokéballs and had two ordinary ones and I managed to catch Victini 2:00 in the morning with a plain Pokéball needless to say I named it Pain.

Because it was a pain to catch....

I like catching my Legendary Pokémon in either Pokeballs or Luxury Balls, just because I like the looks of them. My first game, back when I was five, I caught Palkia in a Pokeball with full health on my first try, which was pretty epic for me. I couldn't have used my Master Ball though, because I wasted it on a Golduck. That decision still haunts me today...

I cought my shiny Suicune in Omega Ruby with a regular ball. I had prepared to face the regular one with 50 Ultra balls or so, and all failed, so I turned to all I had left, which was a ordinary Pokéball, and it did the trick.
