i bumped into people, but not by mistake. i usually ride the end of the shopping cart like a 5 year old and pick targets.

Yes,many times:Netherlands every year as far as i remember,i was in Spain one time,in italy another,also in Kroatia once

I try not to be annoyed but at them but that doesn't excuse not following the rules.
