I was wondering, is anyone up for a dance off? I am considering organizing a contest.
There is a Just Dance Smartphone app that allows you to dance to two songs per day for free. (You can use any TV screen or laptop screen to display the dance instructor.)
You can do a dance off with 4 people at the same time, so we could have this pool system, where everyday the person with the highest average score after two dance offs with their pool advances to the next. (I would pick the two songs of the day, to make sure that all pools have equally difficult/easy songs.)
The only trouble would be that dance offs have to happen in real time. Of course you could also play against some random folks on the internet and post your score, but battling against Pedians seems like more fun to me. Or perhaps we could save that for the finals?
And of course for this to be fun we'd need at least 8 persons (two pools).
