I did feel sad when I saw some of the Argentine players close to tears (and some fans crying outright) but there you have it. It was better than any film - if Messi had scored that free kick it would have been LEGENDARY but I kind of knew he wouldn't be able to.

On the happier side, Super Mario is a hero now. Also, I spent all this morning saying to one of my friends, "I told you Germany would win. Who's laughing now? I am, you fool, I am."

One of the Argentine fans (a kid) cried on television.. I think his eyes were red or something if you weren't seeing the tears. Someone went to cheer him up and he pushed away the guy's hand like if he said, "leave me alone" lol.
