Jigglypuff in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS/Wii U?

Jigglypuff is just ridiculously troll/awesome in Super Smash Bros. Nintendo likes introducing troll characters to the roster so it's no surprise that they'll likely keep him

What use is Jigglypuff in a Brawl game? It should be introduced in Mario or something but in SSB. I'd prefer a beast Pokemon that kicks butt.

SSB is meant to bring the games together, so Jigglypuff in Mario makes no sense at all. This so called "beast Pokemon that kicks butt" is available as a playable character as Mewtwo and Lucario were characters in the past

So, they should add another Bada$$ pokemon to the game instead of Jigglypuff like Charizard, Yveltal or Blaziken (Mega form).

Dude, they don't even need to do that. Jigglypuff and Pikachu are fan favorites so they'll likely stay. I mean, both of those have been around since the original Smash Bros. Yveltal doesn't even make sense as a playable character, Charizard is already with the Pokemon Trainer, and Blaziken is a possible replacement for Lucario

Well if Jiggly is in SSB4 then Ness/Lucas (and Capt. Falcon) should be in too. You can't get rid of Jiggly because of its trademark Rest attack. Jigglypuff its own fighter with its own skills.
