Just a Question to Get You Thinking (and maybe to horrify you....)

This discussion also brings me to the thought of what happens to all the rejected Pokemon Eggs from Daycare? The Daycare couple can't possibly raise all the Eggs themselves...

Also, in some PokeDex entries Pokemon can eat each other as well. So it would only seem natural that Pokemon taking the place of animals for the most part that humans would eat Pokemon meat or Pokemon plant matter as part of the "natural" Pokemon world. After all it's only make believe in a fictional world.
Ik, but Pikachu is a mouse pretty much... And mice definitely don't eat beef/fish/whatever

I beg to differ...When I had a hamster which is basically a fat stub tailed mouse (aka a Biddoof) I would give it beef soup bones baked in the oven to wear down his teeth. Thing is in the wild rodents will chew on bones, horns and antlers to wear their teeth down and to get calcium. Also, I have witnessed a vole (a larger mouse like rodent with medium length tail) eat a piece of Thanksgiving day turkey. The turkey tail was tossed out for the cats outside and instead a vole took it to it's burrow and tried to eat it! I'm just saying real life nature is weird too.

I think it's normal for humans to eat some species of pokémon, since pokémons also eat other pokémons. That's what some pokémon entrys on the pokédex says about some species, for example: Sweallow's entry says it eats Wurmples. Etc...
So it wouldn't be weird...
Even on the pokemon games they admit to like to eat pokemon. (Mostly Magikarp)

OMG, you are right! Pokemon replace our common animals meaning the meat they are eating must come from... Pokemon. It's kind of sad, but that's just how life works. If they dont eat, they will starve. So they only thing they CAN eat(Besides berries and whatnot) is pokemon, just as we eat animals. Those poor pokemon... I can see the poor tuarous now...
