5-6 IVs is pretty much standard, yes. If you don't know how to breed, look up a breeding guide for 6th gen. The only hard thing about running a shop is the work you put it into really. You'll spend quite a bit of hours breeding and grinding BP for items, but its worth it for the PC.

It'll take me a while to get the Power items because I'm running low on BP, I have a Slowpoke with the IVs you want, but none of my Ferroseed speed IVs are 0 sadly.
