I don't know about that. I think Luigi is just trying to make Daisy jealous. I bet Daisy probably wants to tear Rosalina into star bits, which might just happen in the next Smash if Daisy is announced as a player. Luigi is simply meant to be with Daisy (sorry Rosalina, your only two choices now are Wario or Yoshi).

Dude, it seems as though you have your facts wrong. Completely wrong :p it is very obvious that Daisy was made because Luigi needed a companion like mario had (peach) Rosalina and luigi aren't liking each other in that sense in any way, and there is no evidence of them feeling love towards each other. The facts you give don't make much sense at all
