also: i know how to avoid blue shells, would that be counted as a glitch, becouse if it is i promise i wont use it

This tournament has been full for almost 2 months. Also, avoiding a blue shell with a mushroom isn't a glitch.

When someone is banned or inactive, you don't replace them. PMS was supposed to race ChiefKeef but since he's banned, ChiefKeef just progresses to the final round.
