200 cc was part of a free update. so even if u don't have ANY DLC, you should have 200 cc.

DLC: DownLoadable Content. u can purchase DLC to add to your overall experience. it's optional, but usually well worth it.

CC: the difficulty level of your race in Mario Kart. there are 5 difficulties;
50, 100, 150, Mirror, and 200 cc.

Maybe the two tournaments should merge if possible because me and (hopefully @Puppy ) don't want to keep waiting till 2016 and beyond till we get the 12 non DLC users. I'm getting bored just waiting.:meh:

Super Smash Bros. would have allowed everybody to play DLC online without paying (if set of course)

Mario Kart 8 on the other hand... it's a tough one

Who's not bothered about playing the DLC tracks?
