Most Annoying Gym leaders and why

I think Fantina from Diamond and Pearl was really annoying. I chose chimchar as my starter and my whole team was weak to her team. Her driflimb had minimize, a move that raises you evasion. I could never hit the drifblim. It was really annoying. Her Mismagius had a very powerful shadow ball that always wrecked my team.

Out of the top of my head and the ones I fought and predict on hints and stuff how they play would be vii...oh oops I mean uh umm.. Whitney from Pokemon HGSS she was plain annoying with all of her bulky recovery Pokemon especially that milktank.
