Mega Raquaza for SURE. Before it with already OP with the best stats anyone could hope for and a great movepool to go along with it. Extreme Speed, Dragon Ascent, etc. and its ability protecting flying types is almost TOO much to hope for :(

I woul have to argee with sodajet because arecues is the most rarest and difficult to catch in any pokemon game. Some time you have to use a code in gamestop to get arecues. arcues is also have very strong moves like judgement.

I think the strongest Legendary Pokemon is Lugia / Ho - oh. They have great moves and I can't say why, they are POWERFUL

All of them are quite powerful but if I had to pick one then it would have to be metapod- oh wait, you mean to tell me that metapod is not a legendary?!

I'm joking but seriously, the most powerful legendary would have to go to mega rayquaza and mean it literally owns everything and everyone

From the Anime point of view, it could be any. Though I'd probably say Arceus for the Anime.

From the Game point of view, I think MegaQuaza has beat Mewtwo to the ground, even in mega form.

I'll go with MegaQuaza, since it's just gamebreaking beyond anything we have encountered in Pokehistory.

I say Mew even though it may nit be the best in atk stats and whatnot, but only because the little guy can learn any TM and HM in the game. :panda:

Definitely Mega Rayquaza in Gen VI, it's clearly the best, even above Arceus. It does not need an item to Mega Evolve, meaning it can hold another item whilst in it's Mega - a Pokemon with such high stats, the joint highest stats in the games, plus the ability to have further offensive support from a Life Orb or such means Mega Rayquaza does not even need to set up in order to sweep.

Mega Rayquaza is so OP at the moment that it's in a Tier of it's own (Anything Goes), on it's own.

I will say arceus is strongest among all of them as it's have outstanding base stat with amazing moveset or movepool and it can of any type by holding those plates. So arceus is strongest legendary pokemon.

Christ, I didn't even think about the fact that it can hold an item. A Life Orb + Swords Dance is just terrifying.

Yeah, combine Swords Dance with Life Orb, or Dragon Dance, since even a +1 Dragon Scent, Earthquake or Extreme Speed will wreck anything. And at +1 Speed it can outspeed the large proportion of the tier too.

Lmao, what tier? It's in it's own tier, the damn op thing.

XD Yeah, I meant if it was still in Ubers lol. From how OP it is, looks like Game Freak are going to have to come up with something to make Arceus, the supposed God of Pokemon, somehow even more game-breakingly powerful...

Who knows, they might come up with something for Kyurem and Zygarde. Mega Zygarde and Mega Kyurem-Black/White, maybe?

I guess we'll be waiting a while for a Mega Zygarde, though.

mewtwo's title has always been strongest pokemon and his megas are maybe the best sweepers in the game, although new mega rayquaza showed up to the party. And in therms of lore arceus as god should be the strongest, but hey in the movies he couldnt handle an army of pokemon's attacks either.

Mega Rayquaza. Period. Only Mewtwo's Megas equal it in stats, though Mewtwo Y stands the best chance against the Dragon Lord. Mewtwo X can be destroyed from a Dragon Ascent. However, Mewtwo needs a Mega Stone to even consider evolving. Rayquaza has no need for weak little pebbles. Step down Arceus, move aside Mewtwo, there's a new Pokémon ready to rule the world.

For now, for now. I think they'll rekindle Arceus' glory in future games. Maybe in a Diamond/Pearl remake. Hell, maybe we'll see Mega Giratina, or Primal Dialga/Palkia will take the throne. Who knows. Can't wait to find out,
