I have a few reasons for wanting this.
1. I am not very fond of my regular 3DS
2. I wanna see if it is bigger than regular 3DS
3. I would like something new
4. I would like the Smash Bros 3-poster set to give as presents (1 for myself 2 for friends)
5. I want to know more of how the 2DS works (if it has sleep mode, what differences are there, etc)
6. I could give it as a gift or my 3DS as a gift
7. I would like to inspect it
That's about it there are still more but they go too deep for this area, and can only be known by me

I would love the code so that I can hold onto it for future promotions. I registered my system the day I got it unaware that free game promotions existed and I know I won't be getting a brand new system anytime soon. I've missed two offers now because I didn't have a new system to register with my game and I don't want to miss out on another promotion. I know there's not a guarentee I'll have the game to go with a promotion that may occur in the future but getting a game would be easier than getting a system. I hope this makes sense! I tend to ramble and my ideas sometimes don't make sense.

Question, this code is just to add to your Club Nintendo account for extra coins correct? Or is it for an actual 2DS console? Seems like some people actually think it's for an actual 2DS, and some think it's for extra coins to get promotions on Club Nintendo so I'm kind of confused. I think you should specify this in your post since it seems like people are getting the wrong idea about this give away.

I want the CN code to topped up my code to download games that I'm interested in the near future.
Since my 3DS is NA but I lived in the UK, it is extremely hard for me to get a NA game. Download is one of the best option as I don't have to pay surprisingly high import fees (which might be more than half the price of the game!).
Not sure if I just missed a HM GBC, I'll see what's the next game will be
