When has speed become a factor in which Pokémon can beat the last? Torterra is a Grass/Ground hybrid, therefore it can use a Grass and a Ground type move.

Isn't it just who would probably win? On a Torterra x Rapidash, I'd vote for Rapidash, because it's FIRE (who beats plant and isn't especifically weak to ground on what I know) and is fast (because the question who would orpbably beat the one above you, the factors that change this were never said
