I'm not sure if there will be a Z for sure but there's a possibility. However Black2/White2 didn't have a Z so maybe they've moved on from that kind of thing.

You have to enter XY1012 to unlock the website itself. After, you can sign up and enter additional codes.

After signing up for an account, you'll see a web page with the contents of my screenshot. Enter the codes from the link above and hit the unlock button to unlock a PokeBall. Each code will unlock a PokeBall and you'll be entered into the Pokemon Company's contest to win a Nintendo 3DS XL, Pokemon X and Y games, etc.

Each PokeBall that you unlock gives you a chance at winning, so it's best to unlock 'em all. The PokeBall unlocking codes that you use will give you access to Pokemon manga, wallpapers, ringtones, etc.
