Nintendo is giving away Halloween Theme codes !

I received a second code a day later (First was NL second was UK club Nintendo) so maybe for other countries it's coming in the upcoming days

Heheheh, this new theme is the purr-fect annoy-your-big-brother* device:
Step 1: download the theme
Step 2: select Halloween cat
Step 3: close your 3DS
Step 4: open your 3DS MEOOOW!!!
Step 5: repeats steps 3 and 4 over... MEOOOW!!! And over... MEOOOW!!! And over... MEOOOW!!! And over again MEOOOW!!!

*this probably also works for cats, but my cat doesn't deserve it... But my brother definitely does >: D

Honestly, I don't think it really sucks for them. It may just be karma for NA users on pedia, because there's not enough EU Giveaways!
