Overrated/Underrated Pokemons ?

Yep, really, it gives +1 as well similar as Gala Wings. You're right, these both pokes from the 6th Gen are way overused in the metagame. It's annoying.

I know it is one of the best pokémon when it comes to competetive batteling but to see him in every player's team is a bit overused, there are other decent pokémon players can use besides it. but to be honest I'll probably train one to battle competitively

Well it is OU for a reason Yeah, there are other good pokemon out there but Aegislash is a fun one to abuse

Yeah, Talonflame is a legit Fire/Flying pokemon when it has Gale Wings to promote its STAB

Thing that will be fun to see: When players will try to smash your team with a Zygarde, and when you have Xerneas or Sylveon... You will instant beat them.

But just thinking on fine strategies that could make them ragequit... I got an idea !

I wouldn't say "instant beat them" Keep in mind that Zygarde's ability weakens Xerneas's fairy aura, so it actually makes Xerneas's STAB weak. Same goes with Yveltal. Sylveon on the other hand is able to kill Zygarde easily though because Fairy Aura isn't its ability.

I don't think Yveltal can easily smash Zygarde. Well, maybe with Oblivion Wing but that's the best I can think of. I think in Pokemon Z we'll see a new form of Zygarde possibly...one that's more overpowered because right now its BST is lower than that of Xerneas and Yveltal. Kyurem had that same issue too until Black and White Kyurem came into existence.

Also, it's not x2 damage, because Aura Break REVERSES Fairy Aura. Meaning that it's weakened. So if anything he'd just get STAB. Sylveon on the other hand gets the full super effective hit

Oblivion Wing is Yveltal's signature move. It's a Special Flying type move that heals the user part of the damage that it took. It's a greater amount though given I believe it's more than half of the damage the target takes

yeah, GTS woud likely be the only way you get it. But you may have to trade off your Xerneas for that (or hope that someone on here auctions off their Yveltal).

I don't think that I'll trade Xerneas... I'll check if somebody would be interested by a previous gen Pokemon first. By the way, where is the GTS ?

I think it is on the PSS thing you got early in the game but I am not sure, I think many players would be happy to trade an Yveltal for previous gen legendary for example !

Yeah, the GTS is on the PSS. Click that one button towards the top of the page to access it. Keep in mind though that you'll have to search by Pokemon name rather than by the Pokemon itself.

Also, I've seen quite a few people willing to trade their Yveltal for a Xerneas and vice versa

Well, I think that's more because there was a Xerneas/Yveltal user that absolutely wanted the Oshawatt, so it's not *too* surprising if you think about it haha

Yes, but sometimes, the GTS trades are way too unfair ! Look, for example, at another starter (all Gens mixed) or a Legendary (Lugia, for example), and you'll find that a good 50% of the people on the GTS asks for... Arceus, or Mew.
I think that's really unfair, given the fact that there's only a few people playing Pokemon who own those Pokemons !

So, I think that they should stop trolling with this, and start trading correctly ! That's why I want to add Mew and Arceus to the "Really Way Too Much Overrated For Trades" Pokemon List.

Well if you think about it those pokemon are rare and you can't get them in X and Y so that may be why they want them so badly haha Furthermore, Arceus IS the most powerful pokemon out there in terms of Base Stats (disregarding mega evos of course)

Yes, but seriously, they should think twice about the people who will check their offers. Who's gonna trade an Arceus, like what you said, is the most powerful Pokemon, for a starter, or a Legendary weaker than his Pokemon ? Sometimes, I would say that they suffer from a lack of logic. And the "Isn't in X/Y" can be easily removed, with PokeBank coming.

It also seems that they are willing to trade Rattatas (Any Level) for starters too !

There are idiots that would accept the trade, so their trade is justified. In fact, I recently got an Articuno for a Totodile (I guess it's because Pokebank is not out for a bunch of people, but still)

Yeah, and seems like it's available in Japan, since there's Gen 2, 3, 4 and 5 Pokemons in the GTS !
