hello can i get a gastly with gengarinite and ivs are good in sp attack sp defensce defence speed and can i get a nature that gives me better sp attack and worse attack

And i want perfect ivs for gadivour ,Conkeldurr, donphan and talonflame

And serperiour and magnazone should have these ivs for getting hp fire:31/30/31/30/31/30

Everywhere but atk, for that one, the lower the better.
